Over the past eight years, Eric has worked for National Circuit Assembly, helping build the foundation for the company’s growth. His invaluable work experience has greatly supported the progression of NCA.
As Vice President of Manufacturing, Eric leads the project development, quality control, process engineering, and lean manufacturing departments.
Eric has earned Six Sigma qualifications and demonstrates the necessary skills to lead the nuts and bolts of NCA’s operation.
Eric’s delegative management style is the perfect match for NCA, as his expansion of responsibility allows for unprecedented growth from the lower rungs of the company’s leadership ladder. Before joining the Executive Team, Eric worked as an Engineer for NCA.
