Happy New Year from the NCA Leadership Team!
NCA’s target for a fantastic 2021 is to continue our growth and bring in new competencies and tools, and we’re building the foundation to do exactly that. Recently, we went through a professional development process to define not only who we are but who we want to be in the next 5-10 years. What we found is that, at its core, NCA aims to fuel innovation that creates solutions. We focus on bringing in pivotal people and industry-best resources to enhance our abilities to partner with other companies and bring new and exciting products to market.
In 2021, NCA will embark on a journey to apply for the Malcom Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. The Baldrige assessment is based on elements necessary for a world-class company. It is a way that a company can measure itself against other high-calibre companies. The journey takes anywhere between five and 10 years, first starting at the State level then moving to the Federal level. Through this trip, NCA will review and improve all our processes.
We look forward to growing with our current partners, and we are excited to build new and meaningful professional relationships in 2021 and beyond. NCA wishes our team, families, partners, suppliers and friends a very happy new year.
