NCA kicked off the holiday season with a small Halloween party on Thursday! The quick break was filled with food, fun, and costume contest. We want to thank everyone who participated in the competition (We loved seeing everyone in costume!), but we had to narrow down the winners to the top three. Our winners included: the Joker, Harley Quinn, and a witch. Congratulations to our three winners!
